摘要
通过对杭州市大学生创业企业的调研,探究了大学生创业者执行力与初创期绩效的关系,并以创业环境为调节变量,研究在不同环境维度中创业者执行力与初创期绩效的关系。创业者执行力主要包括创新能力、概念能力、关系能力和组织能力。作为调节变量的创业环境按其属性分为竞争性和动态性两个维度。研究表明在不同的创业环境中,大学生创业者执行力各子项对初创期绩效具有不同的正向作用。
The paper,based on the investigation of college student enterprises in Hangzhou,studies the relationship between the college student entrepreneurs' power of execution and their initial performance,and the relationship between the college student entrepreneurs' power of execution and their initial performance in different dimensions of the environment as the regulating variables.The entrepreneurs' power of execution includes the power of innovation,the power of concept,the power of establishing connections and the power of organization.The entrepreneurship environment involves two dimensions,the competitive and the dynamic.The study shows that each sub-power of execution of college student entrepreneurs has a different positive effect on their initial performance.
