摘要
在加强公安基层基础建设进程中,公安上级机关对基层建设的指导非常关键。因此,我们要在对基层指导工作的科学性、实效性上下功夫,着力发掘基层班子在基层全面建设中的领导功能,切实把干部队伍的教育管理突出出来,以推进基层建设的全面发展。
In the process of strengthening the construction in the grass level,the instruction from the upper public security organs is very crucial.Therefore,we should exert ourselves to make the instruction more scientifically and effectively,bring the leading function of the leader group in grass level on the all-around construction and give prominence to the education and management of the leader group in order to promote the construction in grass level effectively.
