摘要
轮椅是残疾人使用最普遍、最常见的辅助器具之一。世界卫生组织(WHO)轮椅服务的主要内容包括:轮椅服务分级、服务流程规范化、座垫组合式适配与制作、全过程适配服务、注重使用者培训、强调使用者的主动参与等,参照WHO轮椅服务精神和借鉴发达国家开展轮椅服务的实践,我国残疾人辅具服务方面尚存在诸多问题,应当在认真研究的基础上制定切实可行的措施并努力实施,以进一步提升我国残疾人辅具服务的专业化水平与服务能力。
Wheelchair is one of the most popular assistive devices used by persons with disabilities. This article analyzed the WHO wheelchair service and summarized its characteristics, including classification of wheelchair service, standardization of service procedure, cushion combined wheelchair adaptation and fabrication, adaptation in the entire procedure, training of users. The article also introduced wheelchair service practices in developed countries and showed what China could learn from them. It also pointed out the current problems of wheelchair service in China and feasible measures should be taken to enhance professional level and service capacity of assistive technology.
