摘要
介绍一种以PC、ACR9000独立式运动控制器以及CYCLONE交流伺服系统为硬件平台,以Windows操作系统为软件平台,MFC为编程语言的开放式数控铣削平台。其中PC与ACR9000运动控制器通过以太网进行通讯。重点阐述了系统软件平台的总体设计思想、上位机与控制器的接口设计以及各功能模块的具体实现。
This paper presents a kind of open CNC milling platform using PC,ACR9000 independent motion controller and CYCLONE AC servo system as hardware platform and the Windows operating system as the software platform,MFC is the programming language. The PC and ACR9000 motion controller communicates via Ethernet. This paper focuses on the overall design idea of the system software platform,interface design between PC and ACR9000 motion controller and the realization of each functional module.
