摘要
通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度测试以及金相分析等,对WELDOX960E高强钢MAG焊焊接接头组织形态和力学性能进行了研究.试验结果表明:采用Union X90焊丝焊接WELDOX960E高强钢时,焊接接头具有良好的拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能;其焊缝组织为针状铁素体与少量粒状贝氏体的混合分布;熔合区及粗晶区组织为板条马氏体和少量白色M-A块区;正火区组织为块状铁素体、粒状贝氏体和珠光体;WELDOX960E高强钢焊接接头硬度值在270~370HV之间,粗晶区硬度最高,热影响区有轻微软化现象.
Microstructures and properties of WELDOX960E high strength alloy welding joint were investigated by tensile,bending,impact,hardness test and metallographic analysis. The results show that tensile,bending and impact properties of the WELDOX960E welding joint which is welded with Union X90 welding wire are excellent; The microstructure in the weld metal contains acicular ferrite and a small amount of granular bainite; The microstructure in the fusion zone of welding joint contains lath martensite and white M- A piece of area; The microstructure in the normalized zone of welding joint contains the massive ferrite granular,granular bainite and pearlite; The hardness of WELDOX960E high strength alloy welding joint is between 270 ~ 370 HV,the hardness of the fusion zone is the highest,there is softing phenomenon in HAZ,which is slight.
