摘要
索绪尔的语言文字观在大多数人看来存在着悖论:一方面,索绪尔视文字为对语言的一种威胁;另一方面,索绪尔认为语言离不开文字。实际上,索绪尔的观点是文字与语言并重,既注重它们的联系,又注重它们的区别,从而摆正了语言与文字的关系。
It is widely believed that there is a paradox in Saussure's value on language and character.On one hand,people think that Saussure considers the character as a kind of threat to language;on the other hand they mention that he thinks the language cannot be separated from characters.Based on Saussure's theory,and combined with various arguments,it is claimed that he puts equal stress on them,that is,emphasizes not only their connection,but also their difference so as to adjust their position.
