摘要
从1986年管理学者斯蒂文·芬克（Fink）的四阶段生命周期模型对危机管理生命周期的描述开始，“危机管理”这一词便开始进入人们的视野，无论从中西方的角度，对危机管理的研究总是集中于科学层面，然而，在危机处理中，“艺术”这一门学问也表现出了不可忽视的作用——企业领导人的个人风格在很大程度上推动或降低了危机处理的效果。本文从领导者入手，浅谈领导者素质在企业危机处理中的巨大作用。
From 1986, Crisis Management become popular When Fink described the Crisis Management by his theory“Four-Stage Life Cycle Model”. The research of that always focused on the domain of“science”both in China and foreign countries. However, the field of“art”, specifical y leadership, has a great impact on tackling this issue which can’ t be ignored. Against this background, this thesis starts from the leader’s quality to il ustrate the significant influence of leadership on Crisis Management.
