摘要 采用LX72A帘线钢,研究电脉冲对钢样凝固组织的宏观和微观影响,结合试验结果和相关理论知识,从多方面对电脉冲改善凝固组织的机理进行了探讨.结果表明,在金属处于液态的状态下加入电脉冲处理,对比未处理样可以观察到,在低倍组织图中,等轴晶率明显增加、组织更加致密,疏松和缩孔有了明显的改善,晶粒也相对细化,其枝晶组织方向性已不明显.通过扫描电镜分别放大800倍和6 000倍观察可以发现,电脉冲处理后,钢帘线的珠光体形态出现很大的改变,如发生扭曲、缩短,片层间距减小,有的发生断裂,并且趋向于粒状,珠光体组织分布的均匀化程度提高.珠光体片层间距减小,金属凝固组织晶粒得到细化,将改善钢帘线塑性和延展性,提高钢帘线的生产能力. Using steel cord LX72A, the effect of the electric pulse to the macroscopic and microscopic structure of metal solidification structure was studied. Combining experimental results and related theories, the mechanism of this effect was studied from various aspects. Results show that the equiaxed grain ratio is markedly increased, the structure is more compacted, and shrinkage cavity and porosity are obviously reduced, grain is also relatively refined, its dendritic structure has obvious directionality while electric pulse works to melt metal. Under the SEM observation, amplified by 800 times and 6 000 times, and after electric pulse treatment, it can be seen that pearlite form of steel cord has been changed remarkably, distortion, shorten and reduction of interlamellar spacing, some fractures occurred and tends to be more granular. The reducing of interlamellar spacing of pearlite and the refining the grains of solidification structure will improve the plasticity and ductility of steel cord which are crucial to the manufacture of steel cord.
