摘要
分析了魏、蜀、吴三国领导者的用人特点,运用博弈论的分析方法,建立三足鼎立局势的博弈模型,并提出现代企业的内部管理要充分了解人才的能力、个性和品德,做到知人善任,倡导情感管理,勇于提拔人才。现代企业的外部管理要根据企业自身条件以及行业特点等,寻求与竞争者同步发展的"三足鼎立"模式的制衡机制。
This article analyzes the characteristics of choosing and employing persons of Wei,Shu,Wu leaders. By using the game theory analysis method,the article establishes the game model of the situation of tripartite confrontation. And then the article suggests that the internal management of modern enterprises should fully understand the ability,personality and moral character of the talented people. And the internal management of modern enterprises should also know how to judge and use people,can advocate emotional management,and promote the talented people actively. External management of modern enterprises should seek the 'three-pillar'model of checks and balances of synchronizing with their competitors according to their own conditions and industry characteristics.
