摘要
当前高职院校在学生干部的培养和管理方面存在一些问题,很多院校采取"2+1"的人才培养方案缩短了学生在校的时间,学生工作者必然面对如何在短时间内培养出一支较为成熟的学生干部队伍的问题。文中结合杜威的"经验学习"及大卫·库伯的四阶段模型等理论,将体验式学习的理论和实践运用到学生干部素质的培训中,以期达到提高学生干部群体整体素质的目的。
Nowadays, many problems, resulting from the '2+1' program mode, need to be dealt with on how to develop and manage student leaders at vocational colleges. One of the problems is how to develop a better and mature team of student leaders in a short period. This paper presents how to develop student leader qualification effectively with reference to Dewey's 'experience learning' and David cooper's 'four stage model theory'.
