摘要
《理藩院则例》是清政府治理边疆地区的一部规范性民族法典,清朝皇帝对其较为重视,且因环境的变化而不断对其进行修补和删改。道光朝《则例》延续这一惯例,因系在平定张格尔叛乱之后修订,故带有鲜明的实用特色,体现了道光皇帝维护边疆安定、巩固社会等级秩序的愿望。其编修原则和内容也多有变化。
Regulations of Ethnic Minority Affairs Court was a normative national codex of ruling the border areas , which the emperors attached great importance to ,and they kept excision repair in terms of the book .The regulation of Daoguang dynasty was a convention of the repair history by the emperors .It was revised after Zhang'ge'er Rebellion , With a very distinctive features .It reflects the desire that the emperor maintain the frontier social stability , to consolidate the order of the social hierarchy .
