The application of artificial anal sphincter devices in severe anal incontinence

摘要 大便失禁的发生率很难估计，其发生率约在1～17％，因为只有约34％的患者会求助医生，多数患者由于多种原因不愿就诊。经历了分娩尤其是多次分娩的女性发生率会增加，大于65岁的老人中，大便失禁发生率为2．2％［1］。大便失禁会严重影响患者的生存能力和生活质量。
