静电纺丝技术制备TiO_2纳米纤维与表征 被引量:2

Preparation and Characterization of TiO_2 Nanofibers with Electro SpinningTechnology

摘要 采用静电纺丝技术制备了PVP/T(iSO4)2复合纳米纤维.将PVP/T(iSO4)2复合纳米纤维在700℃焙烧10h,获得了晶态的TiO2纳米纤维.XRD分析表明,700℃煅烧后得到的是以金红石型为主的混晶型TiO2.SEM分析结果表明,TiO2纳米纤维的直径为80nm. PVP/Ti/(SO4)2 composite fibers were fabricated by electrospinning. Firstly, crystalline TiO2 nanofibers were fabricated by calcinations of the as-prepared composite nanofibers at 700℃for 10h. XRD analysis showed that after the 700℃calcination obtain the mainly in rutile mixed crystals TiO2 . SEM analysis indicated that the diameter of the TiO2 nanofibers is 80nm.
