摘要
针对高精度干涉式光纤陀螺方案的技术特点,为了提高陀螺精度,提出了基于直流对消与时域梳状滤波的前置放大器设计方法。首先在对光纤陀螺前放输入信号特征进行分析的基础上,针对信号微弱、信噪比低、包含有周期性的尖峰脉冲等特点,理论分析了前放信号的带宽、增益及低噪声等参数,提出了相应调理措施。其次依据调理措施,设计了采用直流对消、时域梳状滤波和两级放大滤波的宽带前放电路,并计算了相关参数。陀螺实验表明,该前放电路能将零漂在0.05(°)/h以上的陀螺降低为0.047(°)/h,证明设计的前放电路对于提高陀螺的精度指标是有效的。
Based on the technical characteristics of high precision interfere fiber optic gyroscope (IFOG) scheme, a new design method for FOG pre-amplifier was put forward based on direct current offsets and the comb-like filter of time domain. First, the input signal feature of FOG's pre-amplifier was analyzed. In view that the signal was weak, signal-to-noise rate was low and the signal contained the periodically sharp summit pulse, its signal bandwidth parameter and gain parameter and low noise parameter were theoretical analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Secondly, by adopting direct current offsets and the comb-like filter of time domain and two-level enlarge-filter, a broadband pre-amplifier circuit was designed based on the countermeasures, and the related parameters were calculated. Experiment results show that the bias index of FOG is reduced to 0.047(°)/h from & gt; 0.05(°)/h. It is proved that the designed pre-amplifier circuit can effectively improve precision index.
