摘要
在没有"实体班级"的情况下,如何更加准确、及时让学生和老师获悉教务信息;如何让学生及老师方便、及时的处理学业及教学工作是学分制教务管理中的难题。通过网络社交媒体的优势分析,结合教务管理的具体工作,以江汉大学利用网络社交媒体辅助教务管理工作为例,阐明网络社交媒体在学分制教务管理的具体运用,如开发掌上校园平台,实现教务管理"3A"模式;构建教学信息交流平台,催生教学主体参与教学管理;建立微信公众平台,实现教务管理互动;打造教务教学信息"班班通,人人通"具体运用措施。
The conditional class is a stable and fundamental unit for the teaching affairs management of undergraduate students in a university. However, under the flexible credit system, the students can choose courses according to their career planning and interests. In this case, teaching administration sectors are faced with the challenges as to how to keep teachers and students well-informed about course information. In this paper, the advantages of network as social media are analyzed carefully. It is suggested that internet be taken its full use in the educational administration under credit system. The paper elaborates the experience of Jianghan University in introducing network in managing credit system. They have developed hand-held campus platform and implemented teaching affairs management mode. Meanwhile, they set up an information communication platform to involve teachers and students in teaching affairs management; they have created a micro-message public communication platform to promote the interaction of teaching and management; they have managed to communicate information to every class and every student. Finally, the network social media is proved to be an effective and efficient tool in the complex and specific work of teaching administration.
