2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗分级及临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)分级标准,为T2DM诊治提供科学依据。方法 T2DM患者280例,对空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、稳态模型的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、体重指数(BMI)等指标进行整理分析,拟制定T2DM患者IR分级标准。结果依据HOMA-IR、BMI等指标,将T2DM患者IR分为三级:Ⅰ级(轻度抵抗)、Ⅱ级(中度抵抗)、Ⅲ级(重度抵抗)。结论 IR分级对T2DM患者的临床诊治可能具有重要的实用价值。 Objective To investigate classification criteria for insulin resistance of patients and provide scientific basis for diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods From July 2009 to July 2011,280 inpatients with type 2 diabetes in author's hospital were collected. According to indicators of fasting blood glucose,the fasting insulin,homa stasis model insulin resistance( HOMA-IR) and body mass index( BMI),authors tried to quantify classification for insulin resistance of patients with type 2 diabetes. Results According to above indexes,the classification for insulin resistance of patients with type 2 diabetes could be as follows: classⅠ( mild resistance),classⅡ( moderate resistance),class Ⅲ( severe resistance). Conclusion To diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes the classification for insulin resistance could have important practical application value.
