早熟玉米杂交种新玉54号的产量潜力、耐旱及耐密性分析 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]分析早熟玉米新品种新玉54号产量潜力、耐旱性和耐密性,为科学推广该品种提供依据.[方法]以新疆南疆复播玉米区域试验和多点试验结果为基础,分析采用产量方差分析、多重比较、耐旱和耐密比较等方法.[结果]新玉54号两年复播区域试验平均产量535.9 kg/667m2,比对照新玉9号增产10.7%,增产极显著,复播最高产量780.9 kg/667m2,复播生育期90~93 d,较对照晚熟3d.北疆春播产量850 kg/667m2,最高产量963.7 kg/667m2,生育期105d,所需≥10℃有效积温2400℃.籽粒容重766 g/L,租蛋白含量9.8%,粗淀粉75.04%,千粒重320 g,硬粒型,金黄色.耐早指数0.93,达1级极强耐旱水平,较对照高1个耐旱等级.耐密性强,随着密度的增加,产量增加极显著,无倒伏.[结论]新玉54号产量高,增产潜力大,品质优良,耐旱性极强,耐密植、抗倒伏,适合新疆南疆地区复播和北疆冷凉地区春播种植. 【Objective】The aim was to provide the basis for popularization of maize hybrid Xinyu 54 by analysis of its yield potential and tolerance to drought and high- density. 【Method】Analysis of variance, multiple comparisons,drought resistance and density comparison and multi- point test were used based on the results of regional trial on early matured maize as second crop in Southern Xinjiang. 【Result】Xinyu 54 obtained the yield of 535. 9 kg /667 m2in regional test and 780. 9 kg /667 m2in productive test as second crop after winter wheat in Xinjiang. It was 10. 7% higher than that of the check hybrid Xinyu 9. It obtained the average yield of 850 kg /667 m2as spring planting. The highest yield reached 963. 7 kg /667 m2. The days from emergence to maturity were 90- 93 d as second crop with effective accumulated temperature over 2,400℃ above 10℃. The starch and protein content,bulk density and 1,000 kernels weight was up to 9. 8%, 75. 96%,730 g / L and 330g,respectively. It is suitable for single kernel planting and fit density of 5,500-6,000 plants /667 m2. Drought index of 0. 93,which was an extremely resistant to drought of first level compared with the control Xinyu 9. It has strong resistant to high density. The yield increased significantly as the density increasing without lodging.【Conclusion】Xinyu 54,with its high yield and good tolerance to drought and high- density,is adaptable to spring planting in Northern Xinjiang and winter wheat as second crop in Southern Xinjiang..
