云南省全科医生转岗培训学员对教师的评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过了解全科医生转岗培训学员对师资的评价,为下一阶段有针对性的提高师资带教能力和水平提供建设性意见.方法按照立意抽样的原则抽取云南省开展全科医生转岗培训的6个州市,整群抽取共173名学员,采取匿名式自填问卷的方式收集资料.结果学员对临床和基层培训教学方式评价基本满意及以上均在90%以上;最适合的理论培训、临床轮转和基层实践的教学方式分别是远程网络教育、临床实践和社区实践;对基地带教老师的满意度均在80%以上;临床基地和基层实践基地带教师资最需要提高的能力均是全科医学的基本理论.结论学员对整个培训过程中带教老师的评价较高,但仍需精选授课教师,建立严格的师资考核标准,加强师资培训,采取情景教学、小组讨论等多种带教形式. Objective This paper was purposed to know the teaching evaluation of job-transfer training for general practitioners(GPs) trainees and provide targeted constructive suggestions to improve teachers' ability and level for the next stage.Methods One hundred and seventy-three participants were randomly selected from 6 cities carrying out GPs job-transfer training in Yunnan province according to purposive sampling,and the data were collected by taking anonymous self-administered questionnaire.Results There were more than 90% trainees who were generally satisfied with the clinical practice and grass-roots training.The most suitable teaching method of theoretical training,clinical rotation and grass-roots practice was remote network education,clinical practice and community practice,respectively.The satisfaction from teachers in training center was above 80%.The capacity of most need to improve for both teachers in clinical sites and grass-roots sites was the basic theory of general practice.Conclusion The results suggested that the evaluation of students for teachers in the whole training course was good.However,the teachers still need to be selected,and the strict teachers' evaluation standard need to be established.It will be necessary to strengthen the teacher training and take a variety of teaching forms,such as the scene teaching and group discussion.
