摘要
实体经济的企稳回转是国民经济良性发展的基础。在国内经济转型发展的攻坚时期,大量金融资本投向虚拟经济领域,发展中不平衡、不协调问题一直存在,金融支持实体经济发展的有效性引发质疑。本文由金融支持实体经济发展的现状出发,指出金融支持实体经济的针对性、有效性不足的原因,强调统筹金融市场建设、优化金融信贷政策、引导金融资源投向、加大金融产品创新、规范民间金融发展、建立成效考核机制等多个方面是确保资金投向实体经济,提升金融支持实体经济的有效性的重要举措。
The steady turn of the real economy is the foundation of the healthy development of the national economy.In the crucial period of the transformation development of the domestic economy,a large number of financial capitals have been put into the virtual economy,so the problems such as unbalanced and uncoordinated development have been existed.Therefore,the effectiveness of the financial support for the development of the real economy has been questioned.From the present conditions of the financial support for the development of the real economy,the paper points out the reasons why the financial support for the real economy lacks of pertinence and effectiveness,and emphasizes that such important measures as the overall financial market construction,optimizing the financial credit policy,guiding the orientation of the financial resources,increasing the financial product innovation,regulating the private financial development and establishing the effective evaluation mechanism are to ensure that the capital is put into the real economy to improve the effectiveness of the financial support for the real economy.
