摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗后不良反应的护理对策。方法回顾性分析20例鼻咽癌放疗后不良反应的资料,总结护理方法。结果经精心护理,患者皮肤与口腔黏膜损伤减轻,无糜烂、溃疡、感染发生,口干减轻,头痛、厌食、乏力、失眠等基本好转。结论放疗护理工作在治疗计划的实施过程中起着举足轻重的作用。
Objective To summarize the nursing countermeasures for post-radiotherapy adverse reactions.Methods Clinical materials of 20 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with post-radiotherapy adverse reactions were analyzed retrospectively,and the nursing methods were summarized.Results After careful nursing,impairment of skin and oral mucous membrane were mitigated,and no patient had erosion,ulcer and infection.Symptoms such as dry mouth,headache,anorexia,fatigue and insomnia were improved.Conclusion Nursing service plays an important role in the implementary process of the radiotherapy.
