摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者治疗延误的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2011年3月～2012年11月本院收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料。根据患者的发病时间和到院就诊时间的时间差,将患者分为≤6h组和>6h组,分析导致治疗延误的因素。结果导致患者治疗延误的影响因素主要有年龄、发病时间、高血压病史等,且两组患者差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论总结延误影响因素,完善救治过程,将有助于保障急性心肌梗死患者的生命健康,降低病死率。
Objective To investigate the impact factors of the acute myocardial infarction delays.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients′ who with acute myocardial infarction and treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.According to equation of time from the onset moment to the treated time,they were divide into exceeding of 6 hours group and less than 6 hours group,then the factors leading to delay in treatment was analyzed.Results The factors which lead to patients′ treatment delay mainly include age,time of onset,history of hypertension,and the difference between the two groups have no statistical significance ( P>0.05).Conclusion To summary the influential factors of delay then improve the treatment process,will help to protect the life and health of patients with acute myocardial infarction and reduce the mortality rate greatly.
