摘要
以中国石化华东分公司采油厂9台燃煤锅炉脱硫除尘改造为背景,对燃煤锅炉脱硫除尘改造技术路线进行研究,充分优化技术方案和现场运行方案。采用STC湿式脱硫除尘器,实践证明其脱硫除尘效率较高,9台锅炉每年氮氧化物要少排放7.24 t/a,二氧化硫少排放85.68 t/a,烟尘少排放51.2 t/a,实施效果十分明显。
On the background of desulfurization duster transformation for 9 coal-fired boilers in Sinopec East China Company, this paper is to study, optimize and identify the technical scheme for the transformation. Practice has proved that STC wet desulfurization dust remover has higher dedusting and desulfurization efficiency and the 9 coal-fired boilers reduce nitrogen oxides emission by 7.24 t/a, sulfur dioxide emission by 85.68 t/a, and smoke dust emission by 51.2 t/a. The effect is very obvious.
