关于和平与发展是当今世界两大主题的论断,是邓小平同志建立在对国际国内形势全面分析的基础上作出的判断,是对当代国际战略思想的科学概括和总结。他提出"和平与发展的核心问题是南北问题"的著名论断,为我党制定改革开放政策,把全党的中心工作转移到以经济建设为中心的轨道上来起到巨大的积极作用。
About peace and development are two major topics in today's world,comrade Deng Xiao-ping is based on a comprehensive analysis on the basis of the international and domestic situation to make judgment,is the scientific generalization and summary of the contemporary international strategic thought.He proposed 'peace and development is the core issue of the north-south problem' famously said,is our party's reform and opening up policy,the center of the entire work transferred to taking economic construction as the center of the track played a great positive role.
