摘要
以农家茶叶为原料,蒸馏水为溶剂,用经典水浴加热浸提以邻二氮菲亚铁做指示剂,高锰酸钾为氧化剂测定不同地区茶叶中茶多酚含量。就物料比、提取时间、提取温度等因素对茶多酚提取率的影响进行了探讨,结果表明,样品的料液比1:80,提取时间30min,提取温度94℃,提取效果最好。
The farmhouse tea as raw materials,distilled water as solvent,the classic water-bath heating to extract iron indicator on Fia,potassium permanganate as oxidant determination of tea polyphenol content in tea leaves in different areas.Material extraction,extraction time,temperature and other factors on the rate of extraction of tea polyphenols to explore the impact,results showed that samples of liquid 1:80,extract 30min,extraction temperature of 94 ° c,extract works best.
