摘要
目前我国高校财务预算管理存在的问题有预算决策封闭化、预算来源失真化、预算编制倒置化等,其解决对策有建立预算参与机制以增强预算决策的科学性、建立预算监管机制以增强预算运行的安全性等,旨在为提高我国财务预算管理的水平和质量提供有益的借鉴和积极的参考。
The problems of the financial budget management in colleges and universities in China are closed budget decision,budget source distortion,inversion of its establishment,in order to enhance the scientific decision-making,budget establishment budget supervision mechanism to strengthen budget operation security solutions,aims to provide useful reference and positive reference for improving the level and quality of financial budget management in China.
