摘要
近年来,河南省在推进城乡统筹发展方面取得了显著成效,但仍存在城乡二元结构突出、城镇化滞后于工业化、农业现代化不适应工业化的发展、城乡差距扩大等问题。亟须从生产要素一体化、城乡产业一体化、城乡市场一体化、公共资源配置一体化等方面入手,找准城乡统筹发展的着力点,加快推进河南城乡统筹发展。
In recent years, Henan province has achieved remarkable results in promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, but there are still problems of two structure in urban and rural areas, urbanization lags behind industrialization, agricultural modernization does not adapt to the development of industrialization, the gap between urban and rural areas to expand. It needs from the production elements of integration, the integration of urban and rural industrial, urban and rural integration, market allocation of public resources integration and other aspects, to find the key point of balancing urban and rural development, promoting the Henan urban and rural development.
