摘要
近几年来,齐齐哈尔工程学院的教育规模不断扩大,教育品味、教育档次的提升使学院的生源源远不断,充分体现了职业教育的生机与活力。为了更好的开展新生管理教育工作,学院推行了学长制。本文以齐齐哈尔工程学院的工作实践来分析学长制在职业教育中的运用。
In recent years, the education scale of Qiqihar Engineering College continues to expand, the raising of education taste and level makes college students source far continuously, fully embodies the vitality and the vigor of the occupation education. In order to better carry out new management education, college introduces a senior system. This paper takes the practice of Qiqihar Engineering College to analyze the application of senior system in the occupation education.
