摘要
校园精神是附着于校园这个载体,由学校集体在长期的教育活动中共同遵奉的文化传统、观念体系、规范准则等所形成的一种心理定式,它是通过校风和校园文化来映射的。校园精神虽然属于意识的范畴,却又独立于主体之外,而又反过来要求主体遵奉的一种精神存在。校园精神具有辐射作用和约束、同化的功效。弘扬校园精神在现阶段既有方法论的意义,又具现实的必要性。
Campus spirit is attached to a carrier of the campus,the formation of a mental set must abide cultural traditions,belief systems,normative guidelines by the school collective in the long educational activities,it is mapped by the campus ethos and culture.To belong to the areas of awareness,but independent of the main campus spirit,in turn,requires the main espousal of a spiritual existence.Campus spirit has radiation effects and constraints and the effect of assimilation.Promote the campus spirit in this stage has both methodological significance,but also a practical necessity.
