摘要
法律职业技能训练教学应成为法律人才培养中重要的教学环节。涉外法律人才培养机制中,涉外法律职业技能的训练应成为重要内容。笔者认为涉外法律职业技能可概括为四种能力:法律思辨能力、沟通表达能力、职业社交能力、涉外学习能力。开展涉外法律职业技能训练,应引导学生正确认识职业技能训练的目的,选择良好的素材并精心设计训练方案,并为学生创造各种实践相关技能的机会,以帮助学生尽快在该四种能力方面分别达到一定的培养目标。
The law occupation skill training teaching should become an important teaching link of legal talent training. Excellent legal talents training mechanism, foreign legal occupation skill training should become an important content. The author thinks that the legal occupation skill can be summarized as four types:legal thinking ability, communication ability, social skills, learning ability of foreign occupation. To carry out foreign legal occupation skill training, should guide students to a correct understanding of occupation skill training objective, choose good material and carefully designed training program, and create a variety of practical skills opportunities for students, to help students as soon as possible in the four capacity respectively to fostering .
