摘要
随着我国改革开放进程的加快和教育国际化理念的推广,高校聘请外籍专家的人数也逐年递增。外籍专家作为高校教师队伍中的特殊群体,如何在国家对外政策的框架下,结合学校实际情况做好外籍专家管理工作,成为高校国际合作处工作的重要组成部分。本文结合在工作中遇到的具体情况,谈了对外籍专家管理工作的一些思考。
With the popularization process of China's reform and opening up and the internationalization of education idea, the number of foreign experts employed in universities is increasing year by year.Foreign experts as a special group of college teachers, combined with the actual situation of the school, how to do a good job in management of foreign experts in the framework of the national foreign policy, has become an important part of cooperation at the international work in universities.In this paper, combined with the specific conditions encountered in the work, talk about some thoughts on the management of foreign experts.
