摘要
目的探讨重症脑颅疾病引发的消化道溃疡出血的临床特点及预防护理措施。方法回顾性分析商丘市第一人民医院1996年6月至2012年12月收治的98例患者在患病期间的临床表现、治疗方法、预防措施及护理方法。结果用于研究的98例患者,5例患者放弃治疗自动出院,6例患者死于多器官功能衰竭外,剩余的86名患者消化道溃疡出血均痊愈,并且所有的患者均未发生任何不良反应。结论早期的诊断和治疗,并及时采取措施及周密的护理措施是提高治愈率,降低患者病死率。
Objective Studies of severe cerebral Cranium caused by gastrointestinal bleeding ulcers:clinical characteristics and preventive care measures. Methods Retrospective analysis of 98patients admitted to hos- pital between June 1996and during the course of illness in patients with clinical manifestations,methods of treatment,preventive measures and treatments. Results 98patients for research,5automatically dis- charged patients to abandon treatment,out of 6patients died of multiple organ failure,the remaining 86pa- tients with gastrointestinal bleeding ulcers were healed,and all patients without adverse reaction. Conclusions Early diagnosis and treatment,and take timely and thorough care measures is to improve the cure rate is as- sociated with a case-fatality rate.
