摘要
循证医学教学法是近年来发展起来的一种新兴的医学教育模式,在国内临床医学教学领域中广泛兴起,并扮演着越来越重要的作用。其核心是将最佳的外部证据与教师(医师)个人的专业技能和学习者的选择相结合应用于医学教育。因此,在生殖医学临床教学中引入循证医学的理念、原则和方法,不仅有利于提高学生自主学习的能力,而且培养了学生利用循证医学证据解决临床问题的能力,这将有助于创新型、高素质生殖医学专业人才的培养,从而更好地服务于广大不孕症患者。
Evidence-based medicine( EMB) teaching is a new model of medical education in recent years,which has been used widely and plays an increasingly important role in the clinical teaching in China. It's core is to combine the best external evidence,the personal professional skills of teachers or doctors and the choice of learners, and use it in medical education. Therefore,the conception,principle and method of EMB can improve the students' self-learning ability and train them to use evidence of EMB to solve clinical problems. It will benefit to the professionals of reproductive medicine with innovation and high-quality so that they would serve the patients with infertility better.
