摘要
攻击行为可分为反应性攻击行为和主动性攻击行为,前者表现为对于威胁或者挑衅行为的愤怒反应,而后者则是为了达到目的而实施的攻击行为;心理病态性特质日益受到关注,表现为高水平主动性攻击行为的特征,是监测攻击行为复发的良好预测因素。儿童与青少年的脑功能性磁共振成像研究表明,攻击行为在涉及情绪处理的神经环路上存在缺陷,也有研究指出行为的抑制控制和行为的灵活适应也存在异常。文章对两种攻击行为的神经病理机制及其功能性磁共振成像研究进展进行综述。
Aggressive behavior may be divided into reactive aggressive behavior and proactive aggressive behavior.Reactive aggression represents angry response to a threat or provocative behavior,and proactive aggression is to achieve the purpose of implementing.Recently,psychopathy trait,which is characterized by proactive aggression,has attracted more and more attention,and is a good predictor of recurrence of aggressive behavior.Functional magnetic resonance imaging research of brain indicates that children and adolescents with aggressive behavior have defects in neural circuits related to emotional processing.Another studies have also pointed out that there exit abnormalities in the inhibitory control of behavior and flexible adaptation of behavior.This paper reviews the research progress of neuropathological mechanisms and functional magnetic resonance imaging of aggressive behavior.
