摘要
目的探讨铸瓷贴面在前牙美学缺陷修复中的临床用价值。方法对36例(102颗)前牙有美学缺陷的患者行铸瓷贴面修复,评价修复后的美学效果。结果 2例折断并部分脱落,7例出现敏感症状,3例出现颜色与邻牙不匹配,10例复查出现龈缘炎症,修复后美学效果的满意度达到90%以上。结论铸瓷贴面在美学修复中有较高的成功率及美学效果,可以作为前牙美学修复的首选修复方式。
Object: To explore the application evaluation of empress porcelain veneer on anterior teeth aesthetic repair. Methods: 36 cases (102 teeth) with aesthetic defects in anterior teeth were given empress porcelain veneer. The aesthetic effects were evaluated after repair. Results: Two were broken and part of it fall off,seven occurs sensitive symptoms,three does not match with adjacent teeth in color,ten occurs apparent inflammation in gum predestined relationship. The satisfaction degree was above 90% after repair. Conclusions: Empress porcelain veneer shows high success rate and aesthetic effect in aesthetic repair,empress porcelain veneer can be the preferred way for anterior teeth aesthetic repair.
