摘要
目的:探讨中医药在乳房美容整形手术后的应用价值。方法:选取我院实施乳房美容整形手术术后患者50例,随机分为对照组和研究组两组各25例,其中对照组在术后进行常规恢复治疗;研究组采取常规恢复治疗联合中医药治疗,对比两组患者术后7d淤血、水肿、疼痛等不适症状。结果:研究组患者不适症状指数明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用联合中医药治疗能够有效降低乳房美容整形手术后的不适症状发生率和指数,对患者术后恢复效果及心理具有很大程度上的帮助作用,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the value of Chinese medicine in breast plastic surgery. Methods:Selecting 50 patients with breast plastic surgery in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group had routine postoperative recovery treatment, and the study group had conventional therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine to restore treatment. Congestion, edema, pain and other symptoms after 7d were compared. Results:Discomfort index of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than the control group. So the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion:The combined Chinese medicine treatment of breast plastic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of symptoms and indicators of postoperative recovery and psychological effects are helpful, and is worthy of clinical use.
