摘要
目的:研究并分析中药祛斑胶囊治疗女性黄褐斑的疗效。方法:选择我院于2013年1月到2013年12月收治的38例女性黄褐斑患者为研究对象,按随机方式分为观察组与对照组,观察组使用中药祛斑胶囊进行治疗,对照组患者口服维生素E与维生素C,针对两组患者治疗疗效进行详细记录与分析。结果:观察组治疗有效率为73.7%,显著优于对照组的57.9%,上述数据组间比较差异显著(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:中药祛斑胶囊能够有效改善女性面部的黄褐斑,该种治疗方式是值得在临床中进行推广和使用的。
Objective:To study and analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine removing beverage capsule in the treatment of female chloasma. Methods:Selecting 38 cases of female melasma patients in the hospital from January, 2013 to December, 2013 as the research object, and randomly dividing them into the observation group and control group. The observation group was treated Chinese medicine removing beverage capsule, and the control group was treated with oral vitamin E and vitamin C. Detailed record and analysis of the curative effect of the two groups was done. Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 73.7%, which was significantly better than the control group 57.9%, with significant difference (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine removing beverage capsule can effectively improve facial chloasma women, and this approach is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
