摘要
从1976～1988年对儿麻后遗股四头肌瘫痪进行膝关节动力重建共92例(99个膝关节)采用综合性矫形术来重建膝动力,其中78例获追踪,最长时间12年,最短1年,其中优良69例(占88.4%)。作者对选择重建伸膝方式,股骨髁上截骨术后发生膝反屈及创伤性关节炎进行探讨。
Quadriceps paralysis due to anterior poliomyelitis lead to difficult to walk.From 1976 to 1988,92patients with quadriceps paralysis were treated by various reconstructive operations.69 cases were followed up for an average of 6 years,obta- ined satisfactory results. Supracondylar osteotomy com- plications and their prevention were discussed.
