摘要
304例各种类型慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡幽门螺旋菌(下简称HP)阳性患者应用抗生素治疗其结果以De-NOL效果最好。无论对Hp转阴,症状改善以及病理组织学好转均较用雷尼替丁及维酶素(对照组)有冠著疗效,其P<0.01,与其它抗菌素庆大霉素,呋喃唑酮及甲硝唑组的疗效亦有显著性差异(P<0.01)。De-NOL加用抗菌素联合治疗,疗效更佳。
Helicobacter Pylori (HP) was identified in 304 patients with chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer All these patients were trated with colloidal bismuth substrate (De-Nol), gentamycin, furazolidine or metronidazole. The results revealed that De-Nol is more effective in clearing HP than other drugs mentioned-above. The best efficacy is that De-Nol combined with one or two kinds of antibiotics for the therapy of HP infection. Our results also showed that after treatment, the patients improved not only in their symptoms but also on the pathohistological aspects following the HP clearlng.
