摘要
本文综合分析了45钢调质工艺存在的问题。不仅通过大量的试验数据说明了改进这种工艺的可能性和可行性,而且根据Hollomon公式具体绘制出45钢的回火基曲线和诺模图,并对其实用性作了初步验证,证明其很有推广实用的价值。
This paper comprehensively analysizes the problemes of the classical heat refining of the 45 steel. The results of tests show that some improvements in this process are possible. And according to HOL-
LOMON expression we have made a plot of 45 steel master curve for the tempering and tempering parameter diagram. In addition the practical reability of this curve has been tested.
