摘要
本文提出了一种测量电力系统频率的简单方法。此方法基于曲线拟合技术.并且利用了母线电压的采样值。文中陈述了这一新方法的数学推导,讨论了影响算法精度的主要参数.基于该新方法在IBM—PC机上编制了软件程序,利用模拟数据对算法进行了大量的计算验证.结果表明,在12位A/D变换场合下,当频率在正常值左右波动±5Hz时,新测量方法的最大绝对误差小于±0.05Hz.为了考验测量方法在系统发生扰动时的稳定性,对现场记录的数据进行了计算,计算结果表明,当采取适当滤波技术后,该测量方法在系统发生扰动时仍能准确地跟踪系统频率的变化.文中给出了模拟数据和现场记录数据的计算结果。
This paper persents a new method for measuring power frequency which is based on curre fitting
technique and using busbar voltage as input. Mathmatical derivation of new method is described and the
factors affecting measuring accuracy are disscussed. The new algorithm is tested using the simulated data
by an IBM-PC computer software program. The results show that the crror of new method is less than
0.005HZ when frequency changes between ±5HZ range.
To further test the stability of new method, field recorded data are proccessed by new method. It is
seen that the new algorithm can track the change of power frequency after a proper filtering thchnique is
applied.
