摘要
本文报告了白内障囊外摘除与后房人工晶体植入术中应用钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光辅助手术30例。其中16例成熟期白内障囊外摘除术前做激光前囊膜切开术;14例未成熟期白内障在做前囊膜切开术的同时做透明皮质乳化术。结果表明,激光辅助手术在缩短手术时间、减少合并症和提高疗效方面有显著效果,并就治疗中激光对眼前节组织的生物学效应及其机理进行了讨论。
Nd:YAG Nd:YAG laser used to assist operation in the 30 cases of extraeapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is reported in this paper.Laser operations of anterior capsulotomy 16 cases of mature stage cataract were performed before extracapsuIar cataract extraction. Other 14 cases of immature stage cataract,both the laser operation of anterior capsul0tomy and the transparent cortex emulsification were performed at same period.The results showed,that laser assistance opera- tion had obvious effect on shortening the operation time,reducing com- plications,and improving therapeutic effect.The bioiogic effects of laser on the tissue of anterior segment of the eye and their mechanism are discussed.
