纺织机械零件的CAD—CAPP—CAM一体化设计

摘要 本文分析了目前纺织机械零件设计与制造技术的现状以及CAD、CAPP、CAM研究中存在的问题,提出了CAD—CAPP—CAM一体化设计的新思想。TFES系统是依据成组技术的基本原理,采用分级设计思想开发的CAD—CAPP—CAM一体化设计系统。本文论述了分级设计法的基本原理和TFES系统各模块的功能及设计思想。 This paper analyses the present situation in textile mechanics parts design and manu- facture technology,recounts the problems existed in the research of CAD,CAPP and CAM,and presents the new thesis that is CAD-CAPP-CAM integrated design.TFES sys- tem is the system for CAD-CAP'P-CAM integrated design developed by the writer,which is based on the basic principle of group technolOgy and the thesis of tie grading-design. This paper expounds in detail the basis principle of the grading-design adopted by the writ- ers and each modnlus function and designing thought in TFES system.
