摘要
细胞融合,形成杂交细胞是细胞工程的一项基本操作。本文介绍了磁细胞融合器的工作原理和结构。该融合器的工作原理系利用交变的电磁场来达到细胞融合的目的。当样品置于电磁场中时,可通过改变交变电磁场的强度,使之达到完全融合。电磁场融合比病毒融合、化学融合具有更好的可控性。
The cells blend and produced crossing cells is the basic openrete of cells engineering This report showed the working institute and the structure of the cell blender of magnetism which was to utilize achieve alternate electric magnetism to damage the cells membrane and reachs the aim of the cells blend.When the cells sample was put in electric magnetism, Alternate electric magnetism could be changed into the complete cells blend. Magnetism blender is more controllable then virul blend and chemical blend.
