摘要
本研究发现四逆散能使人襞毛细血管袢数增加,球结膜动、静脉扩张,舌毛细血管网饱满,乳头下静脉丛排数增加。同时也发现四逆散还能扩张小白鼠耳廓血管。表明它能改善微循环,尤其是舌部位的微循环。因为舌微循环状况表明了内脏微循环的机能,所以它的这一作用对抗休克是有意义的。
In this paper we find that in men Sinisan can increase a number of capillary loops in digiti medius, dilatate arteria and vena in bulbar conjunctiva and make linguocapillary network full and a clump of linguopapilla inferior vena much. Sinisan also dilatate vessel in auricle of mice. Therefore the results seggest that it may improve microcirculation, especially in lingua. The condition of microcirculation in lingua shows a function of internal organs, so its such effect is significant on antishock.
