摘要
作者对25例急性脑血管病病人的脑脊液进行细胞学检查,结果发现部分病例脑脊液细胞有不同程度的改变,认为脑脊液细胞学检查虽不能成为脑血管病的一个主要诊断手段,但仍有一定的临床参考价值。脑血管意外病人的脑脊液细胞部分可呈不同程度的改变,近几年来脑脊液细胞学检查的进展为脑血管病的脑脊液细胞研究提供了新的方法和资料.1989年7月份以来。
Cytological examination on CSF was made in 25 cases of acute cere- brovascular diseases. The result showed that the cells in CSF varied in degrees in some of the cases. It is thought that although cytological exa- mination on CSF is not an important diagnostic method, it is still of certain clinical value.
