摘要
报道4例慢性肾功能衰竭病人在进行持续性腹膜透析治疗中出现腹腔感染及透析管堵塞时,改为中药灌肠替代,同样起到缓解症状作用,使生存期延长3～7个月。提出根据不同情况采用中药灌肠与间歇性腹膜透析交替使用,替代不卧床持续性腹膜透析。认为此法在一定程度上可以解决上述问题。
4 cases of chronic renal failure treated by peritcneal dialysis, during the treatment,the 4 cases all had abdominal cavity infection and obstruction of dialysis tube.The author made enema of Chinnse materia medica subsitution for peritoneal dialysis,the patients had their live longed 3～7 months.The author sugests that enema of Chinese materia medica and peritoneal dialysis as two methods alternately given will have better effect than one.
