摘要
本文对液体射流各种破碎机理进行了讨论.对于再生式液体发射药火炮.假设液流破碎主要是由于环境气体和液流间的气动力作用引起的.根据扰动产生液流不稳定理论,确定出相应液滴形成的最大波长值以及从射流表面形成液滴的质量速率.并对120 mm再生式液体发射药坦克炮内弹道循环初期,进行了雾化计算.根据给出的近似液面燃速公式,估计再生式液体发射药火炮内弹道循环初期液体雾化所占比重,对再生式液体发射药火炮进行了液体燃料初期堆积的预测.
In this paper,we discuss various mechanisms for jet breakup.According toanalysis for instabilities developed in axisymmetric cylindrical jet caused by surface waveelevation,the disturbance growth rate ω_m and the mass rate of fluid detached from liq-uid surface that forms a drop are obtained.The analysis has been applied to 120mmRLPG,and results for approximately the first 2ms of liquid propellant entry into thecombustion chamber are given.A comparison is made by assming a uniform burningrate but neglecting aerodynamic interaction.The purpose of the reported investigation isto predict accumulation of liquid propellant in initial stage of RLPG interior ballisticscycle.
