摘要
茶多酚复合物(TP)是从绿茶中提取的多酚类天然强抗氧化剂.本研究采用小鼠骨髓细胞PCE微核试验,骨髓细胞染色体畸变检测法和紫露草四分体微核法等测定TP的抗诱变作用.结果表明:TP具有明显抑制环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠MNPCE和丝裂霉素C诱发的骨髓细胞CA增加的作用,并能降低叠氮化钠或污水致变物诱发的紫露草四分体MN的效应.结果还表明:TP具有抗各类诱变剂损伤细胞DNA或染色体的作用.本文就TP抗诱变作用的可能机制进行了讨论.
The inhibitory effect of tea polyphenols (TP) on chromosome aberration (CA), micronuclei (MN) and tetrad-MN induced by cyclophosphamide (CP), mitomycin C (MMC), NaN3 and mutagens in river water were studied by using the test of micronucleus of PCE in bone marrow of mice, chromosome aberration test in mice and tradescantia micronuclei test. The results revealed that TP showed a strong inhibitory effect on CA, MN and Trad-MN. The experimental results also indicated that the TP could inhibit the mutagenicity of chemical mutagen. The possible mechanisms of antimutagenicity of the TP were discussed.
