摘要
把杨陵地区12种土壤装于米氏盆中,定期灌水,维持合适的土壤湿度,在种与不种作物的条件下,延续两年,定期采集土样,研究土壤中非代换铵的动态以及非代换铵与铵态氮、硝态氮的关系。结果表明,土壤中的非代换铵处在不断变化之中,其变化与土壤中铵态氮消长及硝态氮起落无关,而与自身含量高低有关:含量高的有降低的趋势,含量低的则相反。在不种作物的情况下,杨陵地区土壤中非代换铵值大多在250μg/g左右变动。非代换铵的变化似乎和气候,特别是温度变化有关。在种植作物的情况下,10种土壤的非代换铵明显下降;2种土壤的非代换铵变化不明显。
12 soils from Yangling were put into Mitchlish's pots, and water was added to the soils regularly to sustain suitable moisture. Under the condition with and without crop planting for 2 years, the dynamics of non-exchangeable ammonium and the relationship between non-exchangeable ammonium and NH4+-N as well as NO3--N were investigated by sampling soil in both the pots with plants and those without plants. The results obtained show that the amounts the non-exchangeable ammonium were changeable. However, the changes were neither related with NH4+-N, nor with NO3--N in the soils. Obviously, the amounts of the non-exchangeable ammonium itself affected its changes: it was increased when amounts were low, but decreased when amounts were high. For most soils'in yangling, the stable value of the non-exchangeable ammonium in soils without planting crop was around 250 μg / g. The results also indicate that the non-exchangeable ammonium amounts seemed to be influenced by temperature. Under the condition with crop, the amounts of non-exchangeable ammoniun in 10 soils were significantly reduced while the changes of the amounts were not found clearly in 2 soils.
