摘要
盆栽试验表明,在小麦生长后期,地上部分的氮素显著减少。减少量约等于含氮量最高时期的1/3~1/5。减少的氮素既未在作物的根系中完全找到去向,也未在土壤中(包括根际土壤)找到归宿。根据前人研究及本次试验,作者推断,小麦地上部分氮素的减少是由于作物后期代谢过程中所造成的损失。损失的途经很可能是蛋白质降解形成氨基酸,脱氨以后所造成的直接挥发。
Pot experiments show that during the later period of wheat growth, i.e. the period of maturity, N in aboveground parts of plant was significantly reduced. The amounts reduced were about 1 / 3- 1 / 5 of the highest contents. The lost N was not all found in wheat roots and nothing was found in both rhizosphere soil and nonrhizosphere soil. Based on the experiment results and studies by others, it is hypothesized by the author that the reduction of N in aboveground parts of wheat might be caused by volatilization of ammonia, which may probably be released from amino acids formed by degradationg of protein.
